What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teleradiologist position at Aptive Resources?
The Teleradiologist will provide remote radiologic interpretations and consultative support to the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center. This position supports continuity of care for veterans by delivering accurate and timely interpretations of imaging studies from a secure, compliant remote environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Arrow ARC supports Veterans Health Administration facilities and offices across the U.S. with health care staffing and program support via the 10-year Integrated Critical Staffing Program (ICSP). We provide staffing solutions to address critical shortages in VHA medical facilities caused by turnover, recruitment issues, seasonal needs, surges or emergencies.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide final interpretations of radiology studies transmitted via VA’s PACS
- Ensure STAT reads are completed within 1 hour of image receipt
- Dictate and self-edit reports using VA-approved systems or Powerscribe 360
- Upload reports directly into VistA/EHR with e-signature within 24 hours
- Communicate urgent or significant findings per ACR and VHA guidelines
- Maintain documentation quality, accuracy, and timeliness
- M.D. or D.O. with a current, unrestricted medical license in the U.S.
- Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology
- Active credentials and privileges at the VA (including via VetPro)
- Experience with secure DICOM transmission, FIPS-compliant encryption, and VA PACS
- Compliance with HIPAA, ACR, and VA data handling policies
- Must maintain personal liability insurance and pass OIG exclusion review
