Scrum Master for Communication Systems (SAFe Framework)
- Location: Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin, Hannover (Remote work possible)
- Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week
- Contract Duration: Up to 24 months - AUG
- Start Date: ASAP
- Leading and moderating Agile meetings (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Coaching and mentoring team members in Agile principles and practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Working closely with the Product Owner to prioritize the Backlog effectively.
- Assisting the team in defining Definition of Done (DoD) and Definition of Ready (DoR) and helping to remove obstacles that could hinder progress.
- Identifying dependencies within the project and proactively addressing potential delays.
- Tracking team velocity and ensuring the incremental delivery of User Stories.
- Collaborating closely with the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and other Scrum Masters in the SAFe framework to synchronize across teams.
- Completed degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable IT-related qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Preferred: Knowledge of object-oriented software development (C , Python, Yocto) to facilitate communication with development teams.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is an advantage.
- Experience with the SAFe framework and the ability to work in a scaled Agile environment.
- Language Requirements:
- German: Fluent (C1)
- English: Advanced.
