Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and a desire to make a difference in the lives of our clients and their pets. As an Animal Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our patients, while also assisting with administrative tasks and other duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with patient care, including feeding, walking, and administering medication.
- Provide emotional support to pets and their owners, helping them navigate stressful situations.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
- Knowledge of animal behavior and psychology.
- Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
