Job Summary- The Production Assistant schedules local and out-of-state deliveries to deliver products to our customers on time. This role is also responsible for completing receiving paperwork as well as closing out work orders after completion in the warehouse. Work schedule Monday-Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm.

The Production Assistant is responsible and accountable for-
- Receiving inbound shipments.
- Scheduling outbound deliveries both local and out of state.
- Recording production hours on in-house work orders.
- Verifying counts to purchase orders.
- Utilizing company specific software, to maintain accurate inventory.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Back up the customer will call counter when needed.
- Assist with special projects and deliveries as assigned.
- Initiating phone call conversations with customers
- Great organizational skills
- Warehouse functions (receiving, shipping, delivery)
- Maintaining paperwork
- Great customer service
- Work as part of a team
- Computer software (Microsoft, inventory software, etc)
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check.
