We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team. This role involves overseeing the design, development, and optimization of dip molding and dip coating equipment. The candidate must have a deep understanding of equipment design, material handling automation and robotics with strong mechanical engineering principles, team leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing complex equipment automation projects.

- Leadership and Team Management :
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of mechanical engineers and technical staff.
Foster a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and company goals.Engineering and Process Development :Oversee the design and development of equipment, tools, and processes for dip molding and dip coating.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Project Management :Manage engineering projects from concept to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and R&D, to meet project objectives.Provide technical guidance and solutions to address complex engineering challenges.Innovation and Technology :Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Evaluate and recommend new materials, methods, and technologies to improve manufacturing capabilities.Lead the development and implementation of automation and advanced manufacturing techniques, with a strong focus on material handling automation and robotics.Stakeholder Engagement :Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and senior management.
Present technical findings, project updates, and recommendations to key stakeholders.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proficiency in SolidWorks including PDM Vault and Simulation experienceExpertise in dip molding and dip coating processes is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.Demonstrated experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
