We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team. This role involves overseeing the design, development, and optimization of dip molding and dip coating equipment. The candidate must have a deep understanding of equipment design, material handling automation and robotics with strong mechanical engineering principles, team leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing complex equipment automation projects.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Leadership and Team Management :
o Lead, mentor, and develop a team of mechanical engineers and technical staff.
o Foster a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
o Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and company goals.
2. Engineering and Process Development :
o Oversee the design and development of equipment, tools, and processes for dip molding and dip coating.
o Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness.
o Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
3. Project Management :
o Manage engineering projects from concept to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and R&D, to meet project objectives.
o Provide technical guidance and solutions to address complex engineering challenges.
4. Innovation and Technology :
o Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
o Evaluate and recommend new materials, methods, and technologies to improve manufacturing capabilities.
o Lead the development and implementation of automation and advanced manufacturing techniques, with a strong focus on material handling automation and robotics.
5. Stakeholder Engagement :

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
- 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks including PDM Vault and Simulation experience
- Expertise in dip molding and dip coating processes is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
