We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer II to develop and enhance web applications that leverage AI-powered workflows, modern UI frameworks, and secure cloud-based solutions. This role involves building scalable web applications, integrating AI-driven processes, and optimizing data-driven workflows within the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will work extensively with ASP.NET C#, Azure services, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Cloud to drive lead generation, marketing automation, and data-centric initiatives.
This position is HYBRID & requires two (2) days in office
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-embedded web applications with a focus on lead generation, marketing automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Build lightweight, modern UI components with responsive design principles for seamless user experiences.
- Leverage Azure Web App Services for hosting and managing scalable cloud-based applications.
- Implement AI-enhanced workflows for process automation and data intelligence.
- Develop and maintain integrations with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Cloud, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity.
- Design and optimize database structures using MSSQL to support business analytics and operational needs.
- Ensure secure development practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.
- Utilize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture for modular and efficient application development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business goals and user requirements.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience developing software and assessing the needs of the user to meet requirements. Experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Azure preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core for backend development.
- Experience with Azure Cloud Services, including Web App Services and AI/ML integrations.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and serverless computing.
- Expertise in JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular) for building modern UI components.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Cloud and its data management capabilities.
- Proficiency in building interactive reports using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
- Proficiency in MSSQL and cloud-based databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts and their practical applications in business automation.
- Experience with secure coding practices, OAuth authentication, and role-based access control.

Salary Range: $105,000 - $130,000 bonus potential
