Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams in project startup tasks, including pre-construction design development, budgeting, and estimating.
- Assist the estimating team in attending pre-bid meetings, performing quantity take-offs, soliciting subcontractor proposals, and submitting bids to clients.
- Execute and manage subcontract agreements plans.
- Manage project budgets and schedules, making necessary adjustments.
- Create, distribute, and collect submittals for project manager review.
- Assist in trade partner coordination and scheduling.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or business-related field.
- Minimum of five years' experience in Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 8 years of project management experience, including 3 years in commercial construction.
