We are seeking a Entry Level Helpdesk professional to join our growing team.
the ideal candidate will have the following:
- Strong Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic technical support and help desk functions
- Ticketing system escalation experience (ServiceNow a plus)
- Phone and in person helpdesk experience
Comptia and Active Directory

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
