Overview : Fast Trak Car Wash is currently seeking Full-time Maintenance personnel to play a crucial role in the upkeep of our car wash facilities. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting regular equipment / chemical inspections, landscaping, mechanical, light electrical, plumbing and repairs to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of our car wash systems. MUST HAVE VAILD DRIVER'S LICENSE.
Responsibilities :
Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Maintenance :
Build on what we have created and execute a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all applicable equipment on a weekly and monthly basis.
Conduct daily inspections of the car wash tunnel, backroom, and wearable parts to identify and address potential issues promptly.
Perform repairs based on inspection findings, ensuring minimal downtime.
2. Emergency Repairs :
Swiftly respond to emergency repairs, demonstrating agility in diagnosing and resolving issues to maintain continuous service. This involves but is not limited to early morning shifts, or after hours repairs outside of operating hours.
3. Equipment Knowledge :
Showcase expertise in maintaining express car wash equipment, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, DRB, Sonny's, MacNeil, Motor City, Velocity Water Works, Pur-Clean, Hydraulic Power Packs, and Air Compressors.
Leverage strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
4. Reporting, Documentation, and Spare Parts Management :
Utilize the maintenance app for detailed work order reporting and task tracking.
Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities, repairs, expenses and replacements for effective documentation.
Be responsible for maintaining your duties to ensure timely repairs and reduce downtime.
5. Team Collaboration :
Teach Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers proper maintenance protocols outlined by company standards.
6. Safety and Compliance :
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements in all maintenance activities.
Use all necessary PPE, (Steel toe shoes with slip resistant soles, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.…
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a maintenance role, plumbing, electrical or landscaping.
Proficient in maintaining and repairing express car wash equipment, including Sonny's, MacNeil, Velocity Water Works, Pur-Clean, Hydraulic Power Packs, and Air Compressors.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination and reporting.
Knowledgeable about safety regulations with a commitment to promoting a secure work environment.
Adaptability to new technologies and industry advancements.
Ability to climb a ladder and lift heavier than 50 pounds.
