Cashiers represent the Company by making the first impression to our Customers and potential Customers. We believe that the Customer’s first impression is invaluable and it is critical that the greeter is professional, friendly, well groomed, efficient and trustworthy
Responsibilities
- Representing the Company in a professional and friendly manner
- Explaining the services offered by the Company
- Upsell the Customer to a higher tier product or service
- After the interaction, directing the Customer to the correct location
