PRODUCTION ATTENDANT
The Production Attendant and Detailing Attendant positions are extremely important because the quality of work done by people in these roles makes or breaks our reputation as a car wash. Employees who work in the Finishing Area have a special responsibility to (literally) leave the Customer with a positive impression of their service on site. Success in the Finishing Area is crucial for success of the entire business because any mistake made upstream could be caught and corrected in the Finishing Area
Responsibilities
- Pay attention to nuances of vehicles and treat each Customer’s personal vehicle with great care and respect;
- Keep the Finishing and Detail Area’s clean and well kept;
- Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed and prescribed by the General Manager;
- Act with integrity when dealing with cash and splitting of tips with other Employees;
- Follow the established dress code;
- Come to work on time and stay on task when on the clock
