Job Overview
AQRA Energy is seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to lead our project management team. This individual will be responsible for managing complex projects, developing project plans, and ensuring timely delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of project management success, with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will also have a deep understanding of project management principles, practices, and tools, including MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders, including clients and team members
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; Master's Degree preferred
- PE or equivalent professional license preferred
- PMP certification preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience; 5 years of project management experience required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
