About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at AQRA Energy. This individual will be responsible for leading complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will also have a deep understanding of project management principles, practices, and tools, including MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; Master's Degree preferred
- PE or equivalent professional license preferred
- PMP certification preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience; 5 years of project management experience required
- Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends
