What you’ll be doing:
We are seeking a qualified mason with expertise in pool tile, coping, decking, and pool structural work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in masonry and a passion for delivering top-quality work. If you take pride in precision and craftsmanship, this is the opportunity for you.
Some job duties include:
- Install and repair pool tile, ensuring proper alignment and installation practices
- Install and repair pool coping, including various materials such as stone, brick, concrete and pavers.
- Construct and repair pool decking, including concrete, natural stone, and other surfaces.
- Work on pool structures, ensuring structural integrity and attention to design details.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and meet Aqua Blue Pools’ quality standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
You will also need to:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in masonry, with a focus on pool-related work preferred.
- Expertise in pool tile installation, pool coping, and pool decking.
- Experience working with a variety of materials (stone, brick, concrete, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality finishes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Have experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Learn to use our Digital Scheduling and related software
- Have the ability to manage your time and stay organized and focused
- Maintain the highest standards in customer-service; ethical and professional conduct
- Have a relentless pursuit of quality work output - consistently open to encouragement, training and coaching
