What You’ll Do:
You’ll work directly with our CFO to oversee key financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial management. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Financial Management: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings, ensuring all accounts are reconciled in a timely manner.
✅ Budgeting & Reporting: Develop company-wide budgets, manage job costing, and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
✅ Accounting Systems & Compliance: Work within GAAP standards while utilizing Excel, Google Docs, and other accounting tools (Evosus training provided).
✅ Job Costing & Inventory Management: Track project costs, work with subcontractors, and ensure proper allocation of financial resources.
✅ Process Improvement: Identify ways to optimize accounting processes and reporting efficiency.
What You Bring:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (4-year degree required)
✔ 3-5 years of accounting experience
✔ Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
✔ Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets, formulas, and Google Docs
✔ Ability to work independently, think analytically, and make executive decisions
✔ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills
