Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Education
- Provide professional, friendly communication to homeowners.
- Conduct pool orientations, teaching customers proper pool maintenance and operations.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and positively.
Equipment Operation & Troubleshooting
- Configure pool automation systems, pumps, valves, heaters, and controllers.
- Diagnose and repair pool equipment issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Ensure all equipment installations are accurate and functioning efficiently.
Pool Cleaning & Water Chemistry
- Perform vacuuming, skimming, brushing, and filter maintenance.
- Monitor, test, and adjust water chemistry to maintain optimal conditions.
Repairs & Maintenance
- Identify and complete common equipment repairs in the field.
- Document and escalate complex issues requiring additional support.
Inventory & Vehicle Maintenance
- Perform daily inventory checks to ensure your service vehicle is fully stocked.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained vehicle.
- Report inventory discrepancies promptly.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of work performed.
- Properly manage and update work order statuses.
- Upload and document repairs and escalations clearly.
Training & Development
- Educate customers on ongoing pool care.
- Mentor junior technicians, sharing your expertise to help the team grow.
Qualifications:
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Mechanically and technically inclined with troubleshooting experience.
