Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. You will play a key role in creating a positive experience for our customers by delivering quality car wash services, including exterior cleaning, interior detailing, and additional services such as buffing and window tinting.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough exterior washes, including hand washing, waxing, and buffing of vehicles.
- Clean and detail vehicle interiors, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and free of debris.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs effectively.
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area, including the car wash bays and waiting areas.
- Assist with minor repairs or maintenance of car wash equipment as needed.
- Drive vehicles in and out of the wash area while ensuring safety and care for each vehicle.
- Educate customers about additional services offered, such as window tinting or special detailing packages.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial work or a similar cleaning role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and quality service.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- A valid driver's license is required; must be comfortable driving different types of vehicles.
- Experience with window tinting or buffing is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for all necessary skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
