Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction management, and the ability to effectively negotiate contracts while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop project plans, including scope, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Utilize project management software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam for documentation and cost control.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise on the construction site.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms for the company.
• Implement cost control measures to maintain project budgets while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status, including financial performance and timeline adherence for stakeholders.
