Rotomold Technician
Full-Time | Year-Round | 4-Day Work Week (6 AM – 4:30 PM)

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Rotomold Technician to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the production of high-quality, durable plastic parts for our products. With training provided, you’ll utilize your skills to deliver superior molded components that meet precise specifications.
Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and upkeep to maintain safe and efficient operations.
- Quality Control: Identify and address defective materials or improperly manufactured products to ensure exceptional quality.
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing production needs.
- Other Duties: Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Mathematics: Proficient in reading measurements for distances and angles.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Capable of diagnosing machine issues and understanding equipment functionality.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 75 pounds.
- Tool Expertise: Familiarity with using appropriate tools and equipment for the job.
- Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities and logical reasoning.
- Teamwork: Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve solutions.
- Blueprint Reading: Skilled in interpreting blueprints and fabricating parts to specifications.
