Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Patient Account Representative at AQUA Dermatology in Fort Myers, FL, with flexibility for remote work. The Patient Account Representative will be responsible for managing patient accounts, and providing exceptional customer service to patients. This role will require working both in the office and remotely.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Medical Terminology skills
- Experience with Insurance and Medicare
- Proficient in Typing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience in a healthcare or dermatology setting is a plus
