Our team has an immediate need for an Operator/Scheduler looking for a career in Dermatology. The ideal candidate is positive, energetic, intelligent, highly dependable, organized, and able to multi-task. Our team members provide support with filing, telephone coverage, appointment scheduling, registration, and patient referrals by performing the following duties:
Primary Duties
- Answers telephone and responds to inquiries, directs caller to appropriate personnel.
- Schedules new and follow-up appointments and enters appointment dates and times into the practice management system.
- Enter all demographic and insurance information.

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
- Full-Time
- On-Site
- Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm
LOCATION - Marietta
QUALIFICATIONS
Education - This position requires a High School Degree or equivalent completion.
Experience – 1 -2 years of medical office preferred.
Communication – Excellent oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively.
Work Style—The candidate Must be able to work well independently but ask for help when needed. The candidate must also be able to analyze and interpret information and interact with and decipher information telephonically and electronically.
