Responsibilities:
- To assist in the labor associated with pond management services
- To apply, mix, and handle pesticides in accordance with state and federal regulations
- To set up, & tear down equipment to complete jobs as necessary
Requirements:
- The ability to lift 50 lbs. alone & 100 lbs. with a partner
- The use of basic hand tools
- A valid drivers license
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
Application Question(s):
- Do you have a valid driver license and reliable transportation without any major driving violations that may prevent our insurance company from allowing you to be added to our commercial fleet policy?
- Are you comfortable driving a pickup truck, such as a Ford F-150 or similar size?
- Are you comfortable with the use of pesticides? AQUA DOC uses only EPA approved algaecides, herbicides, and beneficial bacteria products. (Proper PPE and safety training is provided)
- Are you able to lift 50# consistently throughout a work day? Our employees will be required to move, lift, and / or drag equipment from vehicles to worksites multiple times throughout a day.
- Are you comfortable being in and around bodies of water?
- Employees will be required to walk and carry equipment on uneven or unstable surfaces and on occasion it may be necessary to step into a pond edge to remove vegetation or other debris. Are you able to perform these tasks?
- Are you comfortable outdoors in inclement weather? Our team often works in rain, heat, cold, and snow.
- Are you able to work beyond an 8 hour shift and occasional Saturday hours when necessary? Our peak season requires longer shifts (overtime available)
- Would you be opposed to completing other business related tasks outside the general job description? i.e. Cleaning the facility, grounds clean - up, taking out trash, washing trucks, etc.
