Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Registry Scheduler to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of Private Home Care. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with referrals for care providers who assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personal care records using computerized systems for care plans.
- Perform medical collection tasks and ensure compliance with health information management protocols.
- Utilize ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation of patient information.
- Support clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans.
- Document client progress and report any changes in health status to appropriate personnel.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a caregiving or medical office role is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer work and phone skills required.
- Knowledge of health information management practices & HIPAA preferred, training provided for employees.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
