This is a full-time on-site role as a Service Technician at AQUA Industries located in Mickleton, NJ. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment and systems related to water treatment. You will also perform routine inspections, handle customer inquiries, and ensure the proper functioning of water treatment systems.
Summary
You will be integral to our team, focusing on the operation and maintenance of water treatment systems. You will utilize core skills in water treatment and mechanical knowledge to assist in well water management. Your role will also involve plumbing tasks and data collection for research purposes. With opportunities to develop premium skills in the industry and understand equipment repair, you will contribute to our mission of ensuring clean and safe water for the community.
Knowledge or experience in plumbing will be beneficial, but not required. Ambition and eagerness to work are qualities that will get you far in this company. Quick problem solving and free thinking are essential traits to assist with the work at hand. Valid License is Required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation and maintenance of water treatment systems and equipment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials
- Perform plumbing tasks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues.
- Engage in routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service/ Client Facing Mannerism
- Advanced Communication Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks for at least 6 hours of the day
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
