Aqua Logistics, LLC is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Dispatcher to join our team of highly trained professionals. You will work directly with our office staff, our team of drivers, roadside services, and our customers as a point of central dispatch for our Southwest, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with drivers and office staff.
- Manage logistical operations during the night shift.
- Monitoring and reporting of ETA’s and other fleet activities.
- Data input for spreadsheets.
- Utilize MS Office and Fleet Software tools.
Requirements:
- Trustworthy, honest, and reliable.
- Strong skills in communication, attention to detail, computer knowledge (including MS Office), strategic planning, teamwork, and time management.
- Previous dispatching experience or knowledge of the trucking industry is a plus.
Schedule:
- Saturday-Monday, 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Shift Details:
- 12-hour shifts, 3 days a week
- $31,000 per year salary
