What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mason Assistant position at Aqua Masters of Southington?
Minimum Job Requirements.
- 1-3 Years of Masonry Experience
- Must have a valid drivers license with a clean record
- Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
- Must be able to lift 50 Ibs. (repetitively through out the day)
- Must be able to Safely operate Power tools (e.g. Angle Grinders, Hammer Drills, Jack Hammers, Mixers, etc..)
- Must have working knowledge of proper use of hand tools (e.g. Chisels, chalking gun, Screw drivers, Tape Measure, etc..)
Job responsibility include but are not limited to the following.
- Following Instructions given by Lead Mason
- Returning all equipment and tools to the service van/truck at the end of each job
- Operating and using power tools and hand tools (repetitively through out the day)
- Loading and unload of service van/truck
- Assist Office and Retail Staff with Restocking
- Daily Cleaning out and organizing of the service van/truck
- Filling the service van/truck with gas at the end of the day (if required)
- Checking service van/truck fluids (oil, washer fluid, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: On the road
Salary : $18 - $20
