Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hot Tub and/or Swim Spa Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have background in mechanical knowledge and equipment repair, with hands-on experience in pool maintenance, chemical balancing and cleaning. This role is essential for ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and that all equipment operates efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hot tubs, swim spas and/or sauna equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair tasks.
- Conduct thorough hot tub and swim spa cleanings and maintenance, including water testing and chemical balancing.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide timely solutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs performed, and equipment status.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all tasks.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role, preferably in the pool or hot tub maintenance industry. Willingness to learn with little to no knowledge, encouraged to apply
- Basic Mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in maintenance tasks.
- Experience in pool cleaning techniques and chemical treatments is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
