Position Summary
The Construction Crew Member will be responsible for a wide range of tasks involved in all phases of in-ground pool construction. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Excavation: Operating heavy machinery (experience preferred), assisting with excavation work, and maintaining a safe and efficient worksite.
- Plumbing: Assisting with the installation and testing of pool plumbing systems.
- Rebar Work: Preparing and installing rebar for pool reinforcement.
- Masonry: Assisting with the installation of tile, coping, and stonework.
- General Labor: Performing various tasks as needed, including cleaning, material handling, and site preparation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to reach our East Windsor, CT shop daily.
- Ability to work long hours, including overtime (50 hours per week is common, 10 hour days).
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
- Experience with construction or heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing demands.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
