We are seeking a charismatic CSR who is goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about creating an excellent customer service experience. The ideal candidate is energetic and outgoing. You must also be very organized, patient, understanding, and empathetic.
A Day in the Life as a Customer Service Representative:
The CSR position schedules and books all appointments when clients and prospects call, develops profitable sales and acquires customers through our established sales and marketing program, identifies new business opportunities by performing direct sales activities, and supports the administrative personnel as requested.
Additional responsibilities of the CSR include answering the phone promptly and professionally, calling customers to confirm maintenance appointments and scheduling as necessary, and working closely with service manager to coordinate scheduling and dispatch Our CSR receives, records, and maintains sales lead information, sets appointments as required, communicates, precisely, and in a friendly manner, and ensures the accurate capture, data entry and maintenance of customer information. They work closely with the service and sales departments, recognizing and identifying possible sales opportunities, facilitating appropriate follow-up, and alerting managers quickly to significant customer issues.
What you need to be qualified for the Customer Service Representative Position:
To be qualified for the CSR position, a minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service and/or dispatch is preferred, preferably in the service industry. Our CSR must have the ability to learn about our products and services being offered. Our CSR Dispatcher must communicate effectively with associates, superiors, vendors, and customers and possess superior interpersonal skills. They must efficiently manage time and schedules and be capable of understanding client needs, and favorably influence their decision. Our CSR must be computer literate to the extent necessary to fulfill the responsibilities; knowledge of Excel and Word is required, as is familiarity with smartphones, email, and text messaging.
Any experience with ServiceTitan is a PLUS! Must have a clean, neat, and professional appearance.
