Pool Managers fulfill the duties and responsibilities of a gate attendant (dependent upon which is staffed at the facility) and provide the appropriate oversight and leadership to ensure AquaTech & client expectations are met. Managers are responsible for completing the weekly work schedule, supervising and providing ongoing facility training for employees, effectively communicating facility and staff needs with AquaTech leadership, ensuring pool chemistry remains within optimal range, verifying pool equipment is in good condition, and confirming appropriate documentation and daily reports are completed. Must be at least 16 years old and pass a skills test to be considered.
