Pool Managers fulfill the duties and responsibilities of a lifeguard (dependent upon which is staffed at the facility) and provide the appropriate oversight and leadership to ensure AquaTech & client expectations are met. Managers are responsible for supervising and providing ongoing facility training for employees, effectively communicating facility and staff needs with AquaTech leadership, ensuring pool chemistry remains within optimal range, verifying pool equipment is in good condition, and confirming appropriate documentation and daily reports are completed.
