Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is looking for an Aquatics Manager to lead our team of dedicated swim instructors and ensure the highest quality swim lessons for our community!
What You'll Do:
Leadership & Training- Recruit, train, and mentor swim instructors to deliver top-quality lessons - Ensure all instructors follow the Aqua-Tots swim curriculum and safety standards - Lead by example with hands-on coaching and in-water instruction as needed
Operations & Customer Service- Oversee daily pool operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and fun learning environment - Monitor class performance, instructor effectiveness, and student progress - Provide exceptional customer service and address parent concerns professionally
Safety & Compliance- Ensure all team members adhere to safety guidelines and best practices - Maintain compliance with local and company regulations for pool and staff safety - Conduct ongoing evaluations to uphold the highest teaching and safety standards
What We're Looking For:
Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, training, or management
Prior experience in swim instruction, aquatics, or lifeguarding
Passion for teaching children and ensuring water safety
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
