Aqua-Tots Front Desk Staff - Part Time *Old Town Scottsdale

Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is now interviewing Front Desk Staff & Coach candidates for our Old Town Scottsdale indoor facility located at  7624 E Indian School Rd Ste #109. We are looking for fun, friendly, outgoing individuals who love working with children 4 months to 12 years old and are professional when working with adults. Front Desk Staff Job Responsibilities and Requirements are as Follows:

• Responsible for new client registration/sales
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, take messages and conduct phone calls in a professional manner
• Resolve client concerns using a professional approach
• Greet parents and students as they report to the front desk. Check-in students on the attendance tracking system
• Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area, changing areas, restrooms, and observation area
• Greet everyone with a smile and make them feel at home!
• Have Intermediate level computer skills required using Word, Excel and other software systems
• All Front Desk are required to have completed WSI Training and Hold 1-2 consecutive pool shifts a week to help keep an understanding of the program
• Maintain a CURRENT Standard First-aid with CPR-C, AED certification
• Must pass a background check

Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
