We are excited to announce that Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is now hiring Front Desk Staff and Swim Instructors for our indoor facility located at 7624 E Indian School Rd., Ste #109 AZ 85251 If you are friendly, outgoing, and enjoy working with children aged 4 months to 12 years, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

Assist new clients with registration and membership sales.

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage messages in a professional and friendly manner.

Handle and resolve client concerns with professionalism and care.

Greet parents and students warmly, checking students in using our attendance tracking system.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, restrooms, changing areas, and observation spaces.

Create a welcoming environment by greeting everyone with a smile and ensuring they feel at home.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills and a passion for working with children and families.

Intermediate computer proficiency, including familiarity with Word, Excel, and other software systems.

Current Standard First Aid, CPR-C, and AED certification (or willingness to obtain prior to starting).

Ability to pass a background check.
