Position Overview:
We’re seeking a friendly, outgoing, and reliable Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids and families, has strong communication skills, and is eager to contribute to the growth of our swim program. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with children and parents in the lobby, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages from current and prospective customers, providing information about our swim programs.
- Assist with the check-in/check-out process for students.
- Build strong relationships with parents, ensuring they feel valued and informed about their child’s progress.
- Promote and sell swim programs, including upcoming classes, events, and seasonal promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a passion for working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with parents and kids.
- Comfortable in a sales environment, with the ability to promote and upsell swim programs.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Reliability and punctuality are a must.
