Job Overview
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Pool maintenance, regarding chemical distribution and testing, as well as cleaning the pool
-Scheduling employees and using data to build/dispose classes seasonally
-Maintain a good work environment
-Report to aquatic staff when necessary and communicate to deck supervisors and managers
-Teach classes
-Cover absences if needed
-Train new/current staff
-Evaluate current staff on teaching performance
We are looking for someone with a desire to learn and grow within our company, which will be demonstrated with a willingness to cross-train and maintain a work ethic that they themselves would like to see from a supervisor.
*Must be 18 years or older.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
