What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate position at Aqua-Tots Swim Schools?
Aqua-Tots Front Desk Customer Service Associate has the responsibilty to WOW the customers. We greet every single customer coming and leaving. We are there to help answer questions, help with Scheduling, billing questions and most of all inform customer how our service works, why we are the best and enroll their child into our swim program.
All Front Desk Staff must have a HIGH Energy output. Smile on their face at all times, you must not only help a customer but WANT to help them, solve their problem if they have one and interact with thier kids.
Must be able to answer multi phone calls, a great attention to detail, very proactive, a caring attitude to help. Ability to learn new things, follow directives and strong work ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional Aqua-Tots experience from the first point of contact and throughout a family's entire journey.
- Build trust and sense of community/family, help parents understand importance of lessons and the process we use, and connect them to our belief that swimming creates opportunities.
- Collaborate with entire staff team to ensure school is show ready before, during, and after all operating hours.
- Ensure knowledge of the school EAP by reviewing often & report any safety concerns to AM/GM.
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment by embracing core values, maintaining healthy relationships with staff and supervisors, participating in workplace culture activities, and encouraging teammates.
- Understand and embrace your role in development as an Aqua-Tots employee and as a professional in the workplace.
Preferred Experience:
- Love for children and families
- Willingness to help children realize their full potential
- Some basic swimming knowledge
- Comfort communicating in person, via email & text, and over the phone
- Experience handling challenging customer concerns
- 18 years or older
