We are excited to announce that Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is now hiring Front Desk Staff for our indoor facility located at 4018 Powell Rd, Powell, OH 43065. If you are friendly, outgoing, and enjoy working with children aged 4 months to 12 years, we want to hear from you! You will also get to work in a fun and energetic atmosphere. Our team is supportive and friendly, creating a positive and welcoming work environment. In addition to the excitement of being a part of our team, this position is also Onsite, allowing you to work directly with our students at our state-of-the-art facility.

Looking to fill shifts for:
Sunday AM
Tuesday & Thursday PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist new clients with registration and membership sales.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage messages in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle and resolve client concerns with professionalism and care.
- Greet parents and students warmly, checking students in using our attendance tracking system.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, restrooms, changing areas, and observation spaces.
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting everyone with a smile and ensuring they feel at home.

- Are self-motivated and thrive in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Can provide exceptional communication and listening skills.
- Friendly, able to multitask, work with a team, work in a VERY fast paced environment
- Have the ability to generate sales that exceed personal sales goals.
- Can provide compelling presentations of our services that will overcome objections and close additional sales.
- Embody the company's core values in their work approach
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for working with children and families.
- Intermediate computer proficiency, including familiarity with Word, Excel, and other software systems.
- Ability to pass a background check.
