What You’ll Do as a Family Experience Teammate :
- Deliver outstanding customer service : Greet families warmly, answer phone calls, and respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Guide families through their journey : Help families choose the right swim program, complete enrollment, and address questions or concerns with care and expertise.
- Promote the Aqua-Tots experience : Communicate the benefits of our swim curriculum and how it fosters water safety and lifelong skills.
- Resolve customer inquiries : Provide solutions for scheduling, billing, or account updates to ensure families have a seamless experience.
- Celebrate family milestones : Hand out stickers, high-fives, and celebrate swim achievements to create positive and memorable experiences.
- Maintain a welcoming environment : Ensure the swim school is clean, organized, and inviting for families.
- Collaborate with the team : Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and provide consistent, high-quality service.
