Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Procurement: Identify, evaluate, and select vendors to engage for new opportunities to support our telecom offerings across various regions.
- Vendor Management: Support strong relationships with existing and new vendors, ensuring an optimal outcome for our clients.
- Contract Negotiations: Track negotiations to secure competitive pricing, and contract terms with suppliers and service providers. Support legal department's efforts in negotiating MSA (Master Service Agreement) terms with our suppliers.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and pricing models, ensuring we remain competitive in the telecom space.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development, Business Operations, and Delivery teams to align on new order details, closely considering business goals and customer requirements.
- Risk Management: Assess and identify potential risks in proposed solutions, vendor performance issues, or pricing volatility. Ensuring vendor and customer terms align.
- Project Management: Assist team members in gathering, organizing, analyzing, and presenting applicable technical and financial information for internal and external stakeholders.
