Aquacare Assistance Program is growing rapidly and is currently seeking experienced Direct Sales Closers in Tampa and Orlando areas to represent our various products and services.
The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience with a proven track record of success closing deals, be driven, ethical, rejection proof and able to work independently. We will provide training and support needed to thrive in this position. You won’t need to do prospecting, administrative work, nor perform post sale duties. No more failed appointments! You will work with field coordinators that will set up your appointments.

Opportunity Overview: The Aquacare Assistance Program Direct Sales Closers primary responsibility will be to close as many outbound-sales as possible while nurturing customer relationships.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Sales: close as many outbound-sales as possible while providing good customer service
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and the community. Passionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy customers’ needs
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our field coordinators to achieve team goals
- Effective Communication: Exhibit strong verbal communication skills in English and Spanish and a proactive, positive attitude
- Resilience: Willingness to deal with rejection
- Reliability: Be punctual and dependable, adhering to all safety rules and company policies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years of proven success closing sales. Strong sales, closing, follow up and organizational skills.
- Bilingual Requirement: English and Spanish speakers are needed.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal skills are essential.
- Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle and available to work evenings and weekends.
- Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
