Opportunity Overview:
As a Field Appointment Coordinator, you'll be the face of AquaCare Assistance Program, engaging with new homeowners to discuss our services and schedule appointments for our water treatment specialists in your community, and the surrounding markets.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify and Engage: Connect with potential clients, clearly explaining our services and addressing questions.
- Appointment Setting: Secure appointments with interested homeowners.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and the community.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our water techs supporting team goals.
- Effective Communication: Exhibit strong verbal communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
- Reliability: Be punctual and dependable, adhering to all safety rules and company policies.
Requirements:
- Experience: no prior experience required.
- Bilingual Advantage: English and Spanish speakers are required.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal skills are essential.
- Preferred Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License and some college studies. College students are encouraged to apply.
- Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Expected hours: 26 hours per week (fixed schedule) as follows:
Tuesday - Friday 4:30 PM - 8:45 PM and
Saturday and Sunday 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM.
