Job Summary:AquaFinity is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Commercial Aquatics Sales Representative to expand our business in the Northern California market. In this role, you will drive sales of AquaFinity's innovative recreational and water treatment systems, build relationships with key decision-makers, and identify new business opportunities within the commercial aquatics sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for the aquatics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the commercial market, targeting hotels, swim schools, HOAs, YMCA, contractors, multi-family properties, and private entities.
- Evaluate existing facilities to recommend equipment upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
- Procure equipment sales from the existing customer base and actively prospect for new clients.
- Manage equipment retrofit and replacement projects in collaboration with the Service Department and subcontractors.
- Generate technical service sales including installations, renovations, energy-efficiency projects, and repairs.
- Conduct field appointments, cold calls, sales follow-ups, customer education, and presentations to mid and high-level decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the administrative sales team and customer service staff to ensure client satisfaction.
- Daily travel within the Northern California territory.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of field sales experience, with aquatics industry experience being a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to quickly learn the company’s ERP system (aACE).
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- A team player who is professional, resourceful, and results driven.
