The Role:
We’re looking for an energetic Inside Sales Associate to be the friendly face (and voice!) of our company. From managing customer inquiries to supporting sales and inventory, you’ll be at the heart of it all. What You’ll Do:
Be the first point of contact for customers—via phone, email, and in-person

Process sales orders, quotes, and returns efficiently
Support inventory counts and cross-functional teamwork
Keep customer records accurate and up to date
What You Bring:
3 years of customer service experience (aquatics industry required)
Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Distribution/manufacturing experience a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-starter with a team player mindset
