Now, we’re looking for a driven, people-focused Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) Sales Representative to help us grow our service footprint across California.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients and prospects
Promote and sell Service Maintenance Agreements (SMAs) that make a difference
Draft and review contracts, schedule service work, and manage field logistics
Maintain on-site parts lockers and ensure field reports are accurate
Prepare quotes, repair proposals, and renewals with clarity and confidence
Educate and present to key decision-makers—building trust and closing deals
Collaborate with our admin, sales, and technical teams to deliver excellence
Travel: 75% Southern CA / 25% Northern CA
💼 What You Bring to the Pool Party:✔ 2–3 years of field sales experience (B2B a plus!)✔ Experience in aquatics, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical? Big plus!✔ Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal✔ Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented✔ Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)✔ ERP experience? Great! (We use aACE, but we’ll train you)🎓 Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
