Who We’re Looking For
We’re searching for high-energy, disciplined, and hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in a job well done. Our ideal candidate:
- Enjoys hands-on work and operating heavy equipment
- Has experience (or willingness to learn) installing docks, seawalls, and other waterfront structures
- Can safely and efficiently haul trailers, drive boats, and work on the water
- Is eager to learn, grow, and take on leadership opportunities in a fast-growing company
- Is accountable, detail-oriented, and focused on quality craftsmanship
- Has a team-first mentality but also takes ownership of their work
What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing and repairing docks and seawalls with high-quality materials
- Operating heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and power tools
- Hauling and transporting equipment, including loading and towing trailers
- Driving boats and working on the water to assist with dock installations and shoreline construction
- Selling and earning commission with opportunities to expand your income through sales
- Growing with the company and developing into leadership roles as we expand

Requirements
- Experience in construction, marine work, or operating heavy equipment (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor, waterfront environments
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL is a plus but not required)
- Ability to tow trailers and operate boats (or willingness to learn)
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
