Job Description
Aqualine Manufacturing Corp. has an excellent opportunity for a Full-time (40-hour week) MARKETING COORDINATOR at our Decatur, TX facility. The employee in this position will coordinate all tasks related to the branding, communication, and marketing of our products to customers and potential customers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
· Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
· Manage company website
· Create and manage accurate mailing lists with contacts (by region, rep, ship to, main office, etc.)
· Create and manage email lists by various criteria
· Develop product training videos and promotions
· Develop customer in-store product displays
· Coordinate and manage industry tradeshow participation
· Coordinate participation in customer events
· Establish company branding and logo use consistently across all marketing mediums
· Develop promotional materials – fliers, inventory reductions, sales, etc.
· Conduct market research and identify trends
· Identify advertising opportunities by region and medium
· Create product specification sheets that include line drawings w/ measurements & flow rate performance statistics
· Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness
Qualifications for Marketing Coordinator
· Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field
· 1-3 years of experience in marketing, and/or marketing communications
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
· Possess strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
· Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
· Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
· Occasional travel may be required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
