Hourly Salary: $30-$35 /hr (starting) @ ±50hrs/week year round.
Location: Broomfield, CO with travel to Cherry Hills Village, Boulder or Denver, Colorado, On-Site (Various High-End Project Locations)

Job Overview: We are a fast growing, luxury pool builder, we are in need of someone that is knowledgeable about structural and aesthetic repairs for high-end residential pools and spas, as well as having full capability of plumbing entire mechanical rooms with proper techniques. All of our systems have chemical automation, computer automation, indoor mechanical rooms, high efficient heaters, alternative sanitation (UV/Ozone). This role should be able to perform renovation inspections, identify structural and aesthetic details, communicate effectively to the client, produce accurate and detailed estimates, and coordinate and manager our inhouse labor with hands on work for multiple projects at a time, all the way through. This role also will be in charge of smaller mechanical room renovations and refurbishments, and construction project close-outs of the final punch list. Having knowledge of everything in swimming pools is a requirement, but expect to learn a lot as well.
The ideal candidate for either specialization is capable of managing 1-3 Team Members in the field, performing labor and managing smaller projects, subcontractors and communicating with all parties involved. These roles report directly to the Construction Manager & COO. They will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of workmanship. This position will be on-site performing all manual labor tasks with their team. This is not a full-time office job, but the right person with exceptional leadership abilities, up-to-date knowledge on leading practices, ability to complete daily and weekly documentation, and a keen eye for quality and detail will have the opportunity to move up into managing multiple jobs over time with a hybrid on-site/office role eventually.
Key Responsibilities: Supervision and Leadership: Manage and lead a team of laborers, subcontractors, and other on-site personnel, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
Material and Equipment Management: Coordinate the delivery, use, and maintenance of materials, tools, and equipment, and verify that all resources are utilized efficiently.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and company safety policies. Conduct routine safety inspections and manage on-site safety protocols.
Client Interaction: Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with clients, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and communicating project progress.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, labor hours, and any deviations from project plans.
Experience Required:
5 years of experience in high-end concrete swimming pool construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of all pool construction processes.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and train a team with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, while adapting to the culture, standards and practices of the company.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and quality, with an eye for aesthetic finishes that meet luxury standards.
Physical Ability: Ability to perform physical tasks as required, including lifting, kneeling, and handling equipment for up to 12 hours a day, 5 days a week.
