Sales Coordinator – Aqualung Group
📍 Location: Miami, FL (Full-Time, In-Office)
📌 Reports To: Director, Americas
✈ Travel: Up to 10% (sales conferences, trade shows, key meetings)
About the Role
AquaLung Group is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the Americas Director and the sales team. This role is the key link between Group HQ, the sales team, and other departments, helping to manage reports, communication, and events.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver with a "go-get-em" attitude—ready to take initiative, jump into projects, and support the sales team in any way needed.
💡 A passion for diving is not required, but it’s a plus!
What You’ll Do
📊 Sales Reporting & Operations
- Generate and maintain sales reports for the Director and sales team.
- Summarize key insights from reports to help with decision-making.
- Keep track of sales rep performance and reporting.
🔄 Communication & Coordination
- Act as liaison between Group HQ, the Director, the sales team, and other departments.
- Attend and document meetings, keeping track of key takeaways and action points.
- Assist with sales conferences, tradeshows, and special events (planning, logistics, and execution).
- Help onboard new sales representatives, ensuring they have the right tools and training.
- Jump into projects without waiting to be asked—take initiative to get things done!
🛒 B2B Platform & Product Setup
- Maintain and update the company’s B2B platform (Elastic) with product, pricing, and sales data.
- Handle customer and wholesale item setup in Elastic and Marketing portals
- Assist in creating sales programs, special and price lists, inputting offers into the B2B platform, and generating POP (Point-of-Purchase) materials.
- Work with Marketing to help create the annual Buyer’s Guide.
- Work with Sales Director and Marketing to effectively drive trade marketing

- Attend sales conferences and meetings to stay informed on all product lines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and standards to support the team.
- Learn Aqualung’s group's product lines to provide better support.

What You Need to Succeed
✅ 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or a related role.
✅ Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (data analysis presentation experience).
✅ Experience with Elastic and NetSuite is a plus.
✅ Excellent communication & organizational skills—able to manage multiple tasks.
✅ Ability to analyze sales data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
✅ Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and HQ teams.
✅ Eager to learn AquaLung’s product line and understand company offerings.
✅ Proactive, go-getter mindset—takes initiative and jumps into projects without waiting for direction.
✅ Willing to travel up to 10% for events, conferences, and meetings.
